Reporting a calculator issue
If you think a calculator on AliGreat.com is giving you an incorrect number, please write in — we take these reports seriously and would rather fix a real error quickly than let it sit. To help us find and reproduce the issue as fast as possible, please include:
- The exact calculator you were using (for example, “SIP Calculator” or “Salary Calculator”)
- The values you entered into each field
- What number you expected to see, and what number the calculator actually showed
- A screenshot, if you have one — it often makes the issue obvious immediately
Suggesting a new calculator
AliGreat.com started as a small set of calculators and has grown because people wrote in asking for the next one. If there is a financial calculation you find yourself doing by hand, or in a spreadsheet, over and over — tell us. If it is something an Indian household or a small business regularly needs, there is a good chance we will build it.
Partnerships and other enquiries
For anything else — partnerships, content collaborations, or media enquiries — the same email address works. Please include a short note on what you are reaching out about so we can route it to the right place internally.
What we cannot help with
AliGreat.com is a calculator platform, not a financial advisory service. We are not able to review your personal financial situation, recommend specific investment products, or provide tax filing assistance. For decisions that depend on your individual circumstances, please speak to a licensed financial advisor, chartered accountant, or your bank directly. What we can do is make sure the numbers you are working with are calculated correctly, using the same formulas the professionals use.
Response times
We are a small team, and most enquiries are answered within one to two working days. If you have not heard back after four working days, please feel free to send a follow-up — occasionally emails do slip through a busy inbox.
